Papermaking with Plants Workshop
$220 | 2 hours Learn how to make paper from plants! Artist Britt will start with an overview of the extensive process, detailing every step from finding and harvesting plants to drying finished sheets of paper. Up to 15 attendees will be able to make their own sheets of paper in this hands-on workshop. The paper from this workshop is made from an invasive species of plants growing rampant in Connecticut. Be sure to wear clothes you don’t mind getting wet and messy! 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations are eligible to receive a discounted rate - email [email protected] to inquire about non-profit rates for papermaking workshops! Cost of the workshop includes instruction time, plus setup/breakdown time, travel fee and cost of materials and equipment. |
